Mill Construction were appointed as main contractors for prestigious developer Michael Howard Homes for this project on Purdis Avenue on the outskirts of Ipswich.

The development was four 3-storey houses, which were completed on time and in budget to an exceptionally high standard.

The sold house prices ranged from £700k-£900k and the houses were built to NHBC standards.
