Mill Construction recently completed a multi-million pound project at the former Amberfield School in Nacton. We were the principal contractors for the developer Michael Howard Homes.

10 new build houses were built, with sold prices ranging from £700k to £1.3m and the existing school buildings were refurbished into 6 Mews Cottages, and 6 apartments in what was the main school building.

The houses were finished to an exceptionally high level of quality, and included fully tiled bathrooms and bespoke kitchens designed with each client.

All the houses were built to NHBC standards and are certficated by them.
